Pricing Structure

Scheduled Visits

 

Half Day (3 hours) – $325

Full Day (7 hours) – $695

A site visit for a variety of tasks, every day needs or infrastructure upgrades.  These would generally be scheduled well in advance of the delivery date and possibly at regular intervals.

Full Day Appointments (7 hours) can be booked for times between 8am and 5pm.

Half Day (3 hr) appointments must be am or pm – am (in the range of 8am -12pm) and pm (in the range of 1pm to 5pm.)

 

Pre-Paid Time


Remote Support (p/15mins) – $20

On-Site Visit (p/hour) – $125

Emergency Remote (p/15mins) – $30

Emergency On-Site (p/hour) – $150


Paying up front saves you time, money and effort when you need help – payments are valid for 6 months and can be purchased in $1000 increments.

 

Ad-Hoc Rates


Remote Support (p/15mins) – $25

On-Site Visit (p/hour) – $137.50

Emergency Remote (p/15mins) – $35

Emergency On-Site (p/hour) – $175


We will also provide Ad-Hoc support if required at the rates above.

 

Server Monitoring


Per Server – $50 p/server

Monitoring Visit – $125 p/hour


Keeping a constant watchful eye on your school servers to ensure services keep running.  We’ll inform the school to let you know if there is anything that needs to be done.  There’s the possibility of this service being combined with a scheduled visit depending on your schools requirements.

 

Managed Services


Dependant on School Size ($275 basic cost p/month)


Inclusions:


– Monitoring, Patching, Utilisation Tracking.
– Servers will be kept up to date and running.
– Software applications kept up to date (as long as there is a contract with the 3rd party supplier.)
– Desktop Management – covering all hardware and software that conforms to the agreed Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
